Talking about the educational sistem, this consist of six year of elementary school, three years of junior high school, three years of high school, and two or four years of university, but it's know that the educational sistem, as well as the labor system in Japan, it is quite strict, as well as competitive in the possibilities to get a good job and to graduate, It is quite strict, as well as competitive in the possibilities to get a good job and to graduate, making this environment too stressful for young people and workers.













Talking about goberment, Japan is a unitary state and constitutional Democracy in which the power of the Emperor is limited to a ceremonial role Executive, power is instead wielded by the Prime Minister of Japan and his Cabinet, whose sovereignty is vested in the Japanese people.
















Japan is a country rich in traditions, and it is a very attractive tourist place for the visit of people from abroad, but it is quite heavy for those people who wish to live in it for a considerable time, due to the different educational, labor, and even social formations they have, since there are social rules and a way of being quite different and more introverted than in many regions.
